Shipping policy

We currently ship within Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time Orders are processed as quickly as possible — our goal is same-day shipping, with a maximum processing time of 1 business day after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Carriers We ship primarily via Purolator. Depending on your location, order size, or product type, alternative carriers may be used to ensure the best delivery experience.

Freight Shipments Certain large or heavy items — including radiators and bulk orders — may require freight shipping. If your order qualifies as a freight shipment, you will be contacted prior to fulfillment with a freight quote. All freight costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before shipment.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions. No free shipping threshold applies.

Local Pickup — Edmonton, AB Local pickup is available and encouraged for in-stock items. Once your order is placed, we will confirm stock availability and provide pickup instructions. Pickup is available at our Edmonton location: 9004 Yellowhead Trail NW, Edmonton, AB T5B 1G2

Delivery Times Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated transit times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. rTech HDR INC. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
